Our Founder's Expertise and Vision
With over 25 years of masonry restoration experience, Sean Lennox founded Stone & Trowel Heritage Restoration with the intention of preserving historical masonry buildings and structures for both the public and private spheres alike. Sean has been steeped in the study and methods of traditional masonry since his early teens and has continued to hone his skill sets over the years to position himself as a source of knowledge and expertise in the field of heritage masonry restoration.

Learning from master stonemasons and carvers at the beginning of his career in Vancouver, BC helped to instill a strong sense of pride and dedication to pursuing the craft of stonemasonry by restoring the past and preserving the future of historical buildings. Now working and residing in Victoria, Sean has had the opportunity to work on heritage structures throughout the Greater Victoria area, Cowichan Valley, and Vancouver island at large.
